This Evolution Plus catering first aid kit has contents which meets HSE recommendations for workplace first aid kits and is tailored for food industry use. The kit includes a number of blue detectable items which are perfect for food preparation, handling and manufacturing: blue is not a natural food colourant and this makes these items easy to spot should they fall into and contaminate food. This allows staff to give themselves necessary wound treatments whilst avoiding any unintentional food hygiene infringements.
