Vehicles carrying from 1-16 passengers should always carry 1 large vehicle kit. Vehicles carrying 17+ passengers should carry 2 large vehicle kits. Vehicles split over more than one level require 2 large first aid kits to ensure that there are enough first aid supplies available in the event of a first aid emergency.
